Shipping Locations

Beyond Beautiful currently ships within the continental United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

Order Processing

Orders are processed based on the shipping method selected during checkout.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM CT on Thursday will be processed and shipped on the following business day. If the following Monday is a holiday or a day the practice is closed, shipping will begin the next business day.

Orders are not processed or shipped on:

Fridays
Saturdays
Sundays
U.S. federal holidays

Please note that U.S. holiday schedules may affect fulfillment and delivery timelines.

Shipping Carriers

Beyond Beautiful ships orders using:

UPS
USPS
FedEx

Carrier selection may vary based on shipping destination, package size, and selected shipping service.

Shipping Delays

Delivery estimates provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Beyond Beautiful is not responsible for delays caused by:

Weather conditions
Carrier service interruptions
Natural disasters
High shipping volume periods
Events outside of our reasonable control

Lost or Delivered Packages

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the shipping carrier marks the package as delivered.

If a package is lost in transit by the carrier, Beyond Beautiful may, at its discretion, replace the order after confirmation and investigation with the carrier.

Beyond Beautiful is not responsible for:

Theft after delivery
Packages delivered to unsecured locations
Delivery issues resulting from incorrect addresses entered by the customer

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Beyond Beautiful is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. Additional shipping charges may apply for returned or re-shipped packages caused by address errors.
